Norman Smith
Norrie Smith:
Norrie Smith, is a visionary entrepreneur who spearheads NRGStyle, an affordable sustainable building development start up, with the core value of 'Achievable Urban Sustainability'. Having an interest in the Environment and having had experience of working in the community, heading a ‘Neighbour Hood Watch’ campaign, he formed ‘The Hayocks Regeneration Project’ in Stevenston in 2006 and began researching ‘Homezones’ & Renewable Energy technologies that could be used in ordinary urban homes. He decided to embark on this larger project: to design a feasibility study to create ‘Achievable Urban Sustainability’.
Paul Heron
Paul Heron BSc (in Software Technology with Distinction):
Web Designer/Developer, graduated in 2005, specialised in software technology at Napier University, Edinburgh which included: Object Orientated Design and Programming (Java), Professional Studies, Database Systems (Oracle), Software Engineering, Group Project, Interaction Design, Visual Components & System Integration, Internet Programming. Has successfully ran the web design firm Websoft Design since 2005, creating well over 100 websites.

Key skills: Web design/development using Dreamweaver/CSS/Html/Wordpress/Joomla, imaginative and creative graphic designer using Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop, strong business acumen, good systems analysis and design skills, specialist in social networking, search engine optimization & internet marketing.
Chintan Vilas Kantut
Chintan Vilas Kantute, B.Sc. Genetics/Biotech M.Sc. Environmental Entrepreneurship:
Visionary Environmental Entrepreneur with expertise in networking, new venture business analysis/development, online marketing and a fine understanding of ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Has 3 years of experience as an application scientist in molecular biology adding to his analytically and deductive skills. He decided to pursue his passion and now holds Master's Degree in Environmental Entrepreneurship from the University of Strathclyde. Has a deep knowledge of renewable energy systems and anaerobic sewage treatment systems.

Pablo Jimenez Moreno
Dr Pablo Jiménez Moreno M.Arch PhD
Dr Pablo Jimenez-Moreno is a PhD graduate of Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture, the University of Edinburgh and M. Arch(with Merit) from the Mackintosh School of Architecture, the Glasgow School of Art. Having particular interest in designing Zero/Low Energy Homes, Pablo has developed research to find a method to include energy simulation tools to assess the housing design decision making process to achieve low costs and better energy performance. Pablo is the world’s first PhD in ZEMCH; specialising in the potential of Japanese manufacturing practices in the context of sustainable house building in the United Kingdom.
